EMS of Virginia offers adult workshops to supports adults by providing them with additional tools and skills essential for maintaining an independent lifestyle. Our adult education is designed to strengthen and support adults in being able to live among society independently, without many of the barriers and struggles that some adults face. EMS of Virginia’s Project 2nd Chance Workshops helps adults acquire and internalize basic living skills necessary to build an independent life. EMS of Virginia’s Project 2nd Chance curriculum is founded on the principles of creating long term change in the home. The flexibility of our curriculum allows it to be easily tailored to all stages of need for diverse populations and varied settings on an individualized basis.
